My only testimony is my FATHER and Mathew, because the majority of other people wanted to hide my results and when was the time to make a video according to Guinness World records, they wouldn't come, so they would bully me for their jealousy reason. Even myself wanted to hide the best results in front of haters, but now have to tell you, that the best results were 1210 push ups at once and more than 1000 abs at once, where abs could reach even ten thousand, but pushups at that time would go further to max up to 1500 if having any competitors, but unfortunately none was found, but their talk and envious lifestyle. In the practice yet to come, will be more about less than just mentioned, but it will still be  hard enough in order to perform it. Do nothing what is going to make you miserable, only that much as you are willing to keep your life healthier, and I will assure you , that this is the only way after Heaven.
