Return & Exchange Policy

Keep you receipt and only if our items were already damaged and you have a receipt within explanation what happened, so if a good reason to return, we will accept. Shipping has a lot to do also with shipping services and many times isn't our fault and investigation has to be done in addition to with postal services and such...

It shall be accepted to return a product, if our fault. Exchange only when the product was damaged already before, otherwise no exchange , no returns.
