As the supervisor of all employees, including teachers, maintenance workers, administrative staffers, and any other employee of the school. Given the responsibilities held by me, there are several general skills and traits that are necessary to be an effective principal of a school. For this reason I'm to make sure everything is right for your children and their future in further education, where all learned from us is going to be beneficial to them.
