Those of need are athletes working too hard for their goals and no one to support them, then a few attending educational programs being hungry during studying, truly injured non abusive fellows... For now this is going to be enough when comes to only food, but many athletes would need in addition too electric cars no license required to reach safely their training places and this costs are going to be extra.
